The Georgia Chamber has teamed up with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to administer the Georgia Chamber SMART Plan and Chamber Plus. These health care plans allows smaller employers to join together to share in the overall claims risk by being part of a larger, self-funded pool, employers have financial protection backed by Anthem.
The program is available to small business employers that have between 2-50 eligible employees. The business must be located in the state of Georgia and be a member in good standing with the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce.
